What the enquiry form collects
The domain you ask about, your company, your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. We also receive the IP address the form was sent from, which helps us spot abuse.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. It does not set advertising cookies.
When you write to us, or when we write to you, the messages pass through our email provider and are stored in our mailbox. If we wrote to you first, we found your work address in public sources such as your company's site or business listings.
What we do not do
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone except the services named here, and, if a purchase goes ahead, the escrow service handling it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as the conversation is open and for up to three years afterwards, so that any figure we quoted can be checked. If you ask us to stop writing, we keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so that we never write again.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to natalie@cirrusresolutions.com. We answer within thirty days.
