The site

This site describes how Cirrus Resolutions offers domain names. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it binds either side.

Offers

An offer exists only when we send you a specific figure for a specific name in writing. It stays open for the period stated in that message, or for fourteen days if none is stated, and may be withdrawn before you accept it.

Sales

Every sale runs through a licensed escrow service under that service's own terms. The name passes to the buyer once the escrow service confirms payment; the funds pass to us once the buyer confirms the name is in their account.

Trademarks

We do not offer names that copy a registered mark. If you believe a name we hold conflicts with your rights, write to us with the details and we will look at it promptly.

The form

Please use the enquiry form only for genuine questions about our names. We may ignore or block messages that are automated, abusive or unrelated.

Liability

We take care that what this site says is accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
